Mr. Walther is an ESCATEC veteran of over 20 years. His global management skills have taken him from his native Switzerland to the United States and Australia in various engineering and management positions. A degreed engineer by trade, Mr. Walther has been in general management since 1989 and has directed ESCATEC's development of vertical integration and expansion of CEM services.

Mr. von Wehrden joined ESCATEC in April 2005. He has spent his entire professional career in the fields of finance and accounting in international manufacturing companies, since 1995 in top executive positions. After obtaining his Masters degree at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in 1992, Mr. von Wehrden worked for the ABB group for seven years, of which four were spent in Southeast Asia. During the six years prior to joining ESCATEC, Mr. von Wehrden acted as CFO for an international machine manufacturing group in Switzerland.

Mr. Lai joined ESCATEC in October 2007 after thirteen years working in Hong Kong, moving back to his native Penang. Mr Lai's previous position was Director of Supply Chain at ASAT Ltd, a semiconductor packaging and test house, and prior to that he worked in consulting firms specialised in quality and supplier management in Hong Kong and China. He has also held positions as Purchasing and Commodity Manager in Siemens Semiconductor (today part of OSRAM) as well as Motorola's Land Mobile Product Sector in Penang.

Martin Kingdon, our Director Business Development is responsible for all marketing communications and new business sales activities to bring new customers in to the ESCATEC group. He leads and manages our field based sales organisation, and is located in our Switzerland offices in order to be close to our customers at the heart of Europe.

David Taylor has been associated with ESCATEC for several years as our UK sales agent, and joined us during 2011 as Director Customer Service. His remit is to work closely with our customers and Key Account Managers in order to enhance and ensure the very best of customer service across the ESCATEC Group. He is based at our headquarters in Penang, Malaysia in order to be close to our operations.

Ms. Goh joined Escatec in August 2011. She is responsible to drive the continuous business process improvement in the group and lead the IT application innovation in order to increase efficiency of operation and customer satisfaction. Ms Goh holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Oklahoma State University, USA. She has more than 20 years of experience working for multinational national companies. Her last position was the IT Director at Dell Malaysia responsible for Global applications support.

Michel Van Crombrugge joined the company in August 2010 as General Manager ESCATEC Electronics Sdn. Bhd. and ESCATEC Medical Sdn. Bhd. He hold a degree in Electro-technical civil engineering from the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium, as well as a Masters in Acoustics from The Pennsylvania State University. Michael was previously employed by NXP Semiconductors, as Business Line Manager Automotive Sensors, and held various multinational positions in Philips before that.

Mr. Arola joined ESCATEC in November 2006, as Regional Sales Manager, Nordic, responsible for Sweden and Finland. After two successful years in the field bringing new customers to the group, he was promoted to General Manager of ESCATEC Mechatronics Sdn. Bhd. ("EMM"). Prior to joining ESCATEC, Juha was a sales manager for Yokogawa Measurement Technologies based in Stockholm, and, before that, held a number of senior roles in New Product Introduction (NPI), program management, and project management for Sanmina-SCI in Sweden and Toledo, Spain, and for Ericsson in Mexico City. Consequently Juha is fluent in English, Swedish, Finnish and Spanish.

Mr Klauser joined ESCATEC in 2003. He is responsible for management of the Swiss business unit, which is the core competence centre for electronics of the ESCATEC group, and for driving the growth of the Group's global development & design services. His background is electronic engineering and he attended the international executive program at INSEAD in France and Singapore. Mr. Klauser has more than 30 years of experience in electronics manufacturing and product design.
