Executive Chairman: Mr. Christophe Albin
Nationality: Swiss
Mr. Albin is an original founder of ESCATEC and remains in the majority ownership position as well as the company's Executive Chairman. A talented entrepreneur and degreed engineer, Mr. Albin has lead ESCATEC to consistent and profitable growth, complete vertical integration of manufacturing processes and stature as a world-class contract electronics manufacturer (CEM).

Chief Operating Officer: Mr. Markus Walther
Nationality: Swiss
Mr. Walther is an ESCATEC veteran of over 15 years. His global management skills have taken him from his native Switzerland to the United States and Australia in various engineering and management positions. A degreed engineer by trade, Mr. Walther has been in general management since 1989 and has directed ESCATEC's development of vertical integration and expansion of CEM services.

Director of Business Development: Mr. Robert G. Sawyer
Nationality: USA
Robert Sawyer joined the ESCATEC Group in November, 2002, and has extensive experience in management, operations, and marketing in the electronics industry in the US, Europe and Asia. In his role as director of business development for ESCATEC, he is responsible for directing the development and growth of the Group's business worldwide, particularly in the areas of strategy and planning, marketing, sales, customer service, quotations, contracts, and acquisitions.
Prior to joining ESCATEC, Mr. Sawyer held numerous senior management positions in manufacturing operations, business development, sales, marketing and product management with electronics and information technology OEMs in the US and Europe, including XN Corporation in Switzerland and the UK, Elo TouchSystems in Belgium and Germany, and Raychem (now part of Tyco) in the US.
Mr. Sawyer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA (Honors)

Chief Financial Officer: Mr. Armin von Wehrden
Nationality: Swiss
Mr. von Wehrden joined ESCATEC in April 2005. He has spent his entire professional career in the fields of finance and accounting in international manufacturing companies, since 1995 in top executive positions.
After obtaining his Masters degree at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in 1992, Mr. von Wehrden worked for the ABB group for seven years, of which four were spent in Southeast Asia. During the six years prior to joining ESCATEC, Mr. von Wehrden acted as CFO for an international machine manufacturing group in Switzerland.

Director Corporate Procurement: Mr. Ming Wah Lai
Nationality: Malaysian
Mr. MW Lai holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Technology Malaysia. He has held positions as Purchasing and Commodity Manager in Siemens Semiconductors (today known as OSRAM) as well as Motorola's Land Mobile Product Sector in Penang. For the last 13 years, Mr. Lai has been working in Hong Kong and China for a consulting firm specialized in quality and supplier management and, most recently, as Director of Supply Chain at ASAT Ltd, a semiconductor packaging and test house.
