As consumer expectations evolved and hospitality operators looked for greater consistency, ease of service and operational efficiency, Fever-Tree saw an opportunity to rethink how its drinks could be delivered in selected venues. The objective was to create a dispensing solution that maintained the quality, taste and presentation associated with the brand while simplifying service for operators.
Sustainability and logistics considerations also formed part of the brief. By reducing reliance on bottled product in certain environments, the concept offered the potential to reduce packaging and transportation requirements alongside operational benefits.
Fever-Tree invested in the development of a dispensing platform designed to deliver a consistent, high-quality serve while supporting hospitality operators' evolving needs.
To help move the concept towards a production-ready manufacturing model, Fever-Tree worked with ESCATEC, whose role focused on industrialisation, manufacturing engineering, supply chain coordination and production readiness.
