New centre to serve as a one-stop venue for all operations-related training needs

Penang, Malaysia - September 23, 2019

ESCATEC Penang has launched an important new initiative in its continuous quest to upskill & train team members, in the form of a dedicated new "Centre of Learning & Development".
The Centre - located in ESCATEC Electronic's facility in Industrial Zone 4, Bayan Lepas -  was officially launched by Group COO Juha Arola and ESCATEC Penang GM Lambert Schutters.
It will function as a one-stop venue to cater for all Operations-related training needs by facilitating hands-on technical training, instructor-led classroom training, certification and recertification training and online e-learning.
The Malaysian Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) fully underwrote the cost of setting up the Centre, for which the ESCATEC Group is very much grateful. The management of ESCATEC takes this opportunity to say a big Thank You to the HRDF for their invaluable and kind support.
Congratulations are also due to the HR Department for successfully implementing this great initiative.
We need very well-trained employees to support our business growth and this new Centre will certainly play a key role in achieving that.
