ESCATEC’s two production facilities in Penang, just 5km apart, are a central hub for our manufacturing, development, and injection moulding operations. In additon to our two prduction facilities, we have a further site in Penang dedicated to the manufacture of injection moulding tools. Our combined 24,425-square-meter facilities have been expanding production lines and technologies to cater to new customers from Europe and the U.S. and increasing volumes for existing clients.

Additionally, we have developed robust standard operating procedures and processes to support ATEX projects in accordance with ISO/IEC 80079-34, and our manufacturing activities are carried out according to IPC-A-610 class 2 or class 3 levels.

Taking a “think global, build local” approach, our global facilities are strategically located near major shipping ports, airports, and regional markets. This ensures streamlined logistical operations that reliably deliver products to our clients and their end users across markets as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.

Our Penang facilities are well-positioned in close proximity to our Johor Bahru facilities and primed to deliver into the ASEAN region. They are also an excellent alternative for customers currently outsourcing to China-based EMS partners.
